We often pray for our children at Bowman. We view each one as a gift from God to their family, to their church, and to the world. They are arrows in a warrior's quiver (Ps 127:4-5), olive shoots around a table (Ps 128:3), and a blessing (Ps 127:3). Therefore, understanding this great reality of children, and our Lord's special love and openness to them (Mt 19:14), we make as great an effort as we can to minister to them in His name.
During our Sunday morning worship service, we offer a "Children's Church" that is volunteer-led and provides biblical instruction during the sermon portion of the service.
We also offer a children's mid-week, evening ministry called Truth Seekers. We follow the school schedule for the nearby Evergreen School. Truth Seekers is on Wednesday evenings at 6:20pm. We meet in Dawson Chapel (the building up the stairs).
